Our Cancellation & Booking Policy

We know that booking a vacation for a large group is a big commitment. Life happens — plans change. We've tried to make our policy as fair and straightforward as possible so you can book with confidence. 

Payment Schedule A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an automatic reminder before your final payment is due. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy We offer a full refund on all payments made if you cancel 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. 

Travel Insurance — We Strongly Recommend It For a large group booking, travel insurance is one of the smartest investments you can make. We offer travel insurance through our booking system — you'll see the option when completing your reservation. We strongly encourage all guests to add coverage, especially for peak season bookings. 

Additional Booking Details Check-in is at 4:00 PM · Check-out is at 10:00 AM Maximum occupancy is 20 guests per home A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking Keyless entry codes and arrival instructions are sent 48 hours before check-in
